Build tools

ecj-4.32.jar in this directory is a copy of the Eclipse Java Compiler 4.32, which is the last version of ECJ that can target versions of Java older than 1.8. It is provided under EPL 2.0, available at LICENSE.EPL-2.0 in this directory. You can download the corresponding source from upstream.

proguard-7.10.0.jar in this directory is a copy of the most recent release of ProGuard at the time of the writing. It has been extracted from proguard-7.10.0/lib/proguard.jar contained in the release archive. It is provided under GPL v2.0, available at LICENSE.GPL-2.0 in this directory.
