These API .jars are from the Microemulator project. They were sourced from Maven Central:
These files are identical to the ones contained in the Microemulator release tarball.
The licensing of Microemulator is somewhat complex, but per my understanding of microemulator/COPYING everything here is redistributable under LGPL v2.1, to the extent that anything here even meets the threshhold for copyrightability:
