Add a testrunner to Rowbot that tests all functions. It should hook up in_sock and out_sock to named pipes that will send and receive mock IRC messages. The log_fd variable will also be hooked up to a named pipe, to test log output. Finally, run_callbacks will be levaraged to run callbacks for everything else (such as utilities).
