46efe8923f Missiles add spaceship vel; point in direction fired. 
This issue was visible as crooked missiles when firing in a direction other
than that of travel, and being able to keep pace with fired missiles.

a1c106ce1c Early prototype of an asteroids game. 
asteroids(1) now uses chvideomode(1) if no driver is active.

Made the asteroids game object oriented.

Added asteroids to ateroids(1).

uptime(2) in asteroids.

db79994e64 Refactored all the sortix headers into a include directory. 
Also got rid of trailing white space. That corrupted .git/.

Big ass-commit because of recovered .git directory.

c4264d9c2a Ported the user-space programs to use stdin for keyboard access. 
The old keyboard API is hereby deprecated and unused.
